It's my third day of med school and I'm pretty sure I want to withdraw. Most of my learning involves pure memorization rather than any genuine conceptual exercises. I can feel my mind slowly being drowned out in insignificant (but pretentious-sounding) names and my ability to actually feel and analyze withering.
That and well--I've made no friends.
It's going to be a hard 7 years.
